So, today I made quite a bit of progress with my game mechanic, a task for my AINT254 module at University.
The mechanic is to have two players, each controlling a tractor with a trailer attached to the back, filled with resources. The goal of the game is to race your opponent to the finish line, however, also important is the amount of resources left in your trailer at the end.
This would give a ‘Risk vs Reward’ scenario where choosing a different path, going a different speed or colliding with the other player could cost you the race.
